Check that the device on which you are trying to access the AOL Mail account is connected to a secured internet connection. Make sure that you are entering the correct AOL mail login credentials in the username and password field on the AOL sign-in page. If the browser or AOL mobile app keeps stopping then you need to clear the cache files and data on it by visiting the settings on your device. Use a different browser on your device or delete the AOL mobile app and re-install it on your device. Restart your device, launch a new web browser, visit the AOL Mail sign-in page and try to access your account.
