Aerobic exercise – Yog Power International

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic moves. Aerobics exercise is stretching and muscular strength and cardiovascular strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. It is usually performed to music and may practice in a group setting led by an instructor. A formal aerobics class divided into two different levels of Intensity and complexity. A well-balanced aerobics class has five components. Warm Up, cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and conditioning, cool down, stretching and flexibility. Aerobics class may allow participants to select their level of participation according to their fitness level.
